So you've seen the package that fits your business, we've sent you the proposal and quotation, you've accepted it and paid the setup fee. What happens next?
The first job is to build your UK operating foundation, collect the information required from your business, prepare the commercial channels and establish how opportunities will be managed once they begin to arrive.
Implementation takes approximately 4–8 weeks. During this period we establish the agreed UK infrastructure, complete onboarding, connect the operation into your existing business and prepare the commercial channels for launch. Company formation, verification, banking, marketplace approvals and other third-party processes can affect the final timeline.
Your monthly retainer does not begin during implementation. Your first retainer becomes payable on your UK Launch Date, once the agreed operation is ready to go live.
From Signing to UK Launch
Proposal accepted and setup fee received.
Required business information, access and approvals collected.
UK company, infrastructure and operating environment established.
Existing commercial strengths translated into the UK market.
CRM, communications, channels and commercial authority prepared.
Commercial channels activate and ongoing service begins.
Once your proposal is signed and the setup fee has been received, I issue the Meridian Elevate onboarding documents for your selected package. These capture the company information, commercial contacts, responsibilities, approvals, access and operational requirements needed to begin building your UK operation.
Your onboarding documents will include clear return dates for the information required from your business. These dates form part of the implementation schedule because company formation, systems, commercial preparation and launch readiness all depend on the right information being available at the right stage.
From this point, implementation becomes a managed delivery process. I establish the infrastructure included within your package while we progressively connect your existing business, commercial capability and sales operation into the new UK foundation.
Weekly Implementation Checklist
During implementation you receive an updated checklist so both sides can see progress against the agreed UK Launch requirements.
Items established and signed off.
Current implementation activity.
Information, access or approval outstanding.
The next stage towards Launch Date.
Launch readiness is measured against the completed implementation requirements not simply the passage of time.
With the required company information in place, I begin establishing the UK operating foundation included within your package. Where a standard UK Limited Company structure is appropriate, I coordinate the incorporation process using the information and authority you provide. Where specialist ownership, legal, accounting or tax advice is required, the relevant element is referred to an appropriate professional adviser.
Company formation is only one part of the implementation. The commercial objective is to establish a practical UK operating environment around the company giving your business the local infrastructure, communications, systems and access required to support commercial activity and future growth.
Formation coordination, company records and required verification for the agreed structure.
Registered-office and postal handling structure supporting your UK corporate presence.
Client/company-owned dedicated equipment stored and operated from Meridian Elevate's UK office.
Dedicated UK mobile-broadband connectivity supporting the operating environment.
UK telephone infrastructure with handling and callbacks aligned to your selected package.
Support preparing suitable UK business banking and payment applications. Final approval remains with the provider.
“A UK company creates the legal presence. The operating foundation behind it is what gives that presence the structure to support commercial growth.”
The UK operation needs to function as an extension of your existing business rather than as a disconnected sales channel. We therefore connect the new UK structure into the systems, people and commercial processes you already use.
You provide an appropriate email account on your existing company domain for the agreed Meridian representative activity. Where you already operate a suitable cloud CRM, I work through my own authorised user account so prospect activity, opportunities and handovers remain visible within your commercial environment.
WhatsApp provides the fast commercial route for time-sensitive approvals, quotations and marketplace opportunities. The CRM remains the structured record of commercial activity, while WhatsApp allows us to make quick decisions when speed matters.
The objective is not to reinvent a business model that already works. We start by understanding what you currently sell, how you sell it, who already buys from you and where your strongest commercial results are being generated.
We then translate that existing offer into the UK market. That means assessing where your products or services fit within UK and wider Western industry structures, how buyers typically organise procurement and supplier relationships, which sectors offer the strongest alignment and where your proposition may need to be repositioned for local expectations.
The result is a commercial starting point built around proven capability rather than assumptions — preserving what already works while adapting how it is positioned, targeted and presented to UK buyers.
Commercial Discovery
Services, pricing, strengths, delivery model and commercial limitations.
Who buys today, why they buy and where your strongest evidence already exists.
Translate the offer into UK industry structures, buyer expectations and procurement models.
Identify the sectors, accounts and buying situations where your proposition has the strongest fit.
Once we understand where your existing offer translates into the UK market, I turn that commercial direction into a structured targeting specification. The objective is not to produce a large generic database; it is to identify companies that match the sectors, buyer profiles, operating characteristics and commercial situations we have agreed are worth pursuing.
Your initial prospect databank contains up to 1,000 companies for Essential , 1,500 for Advantage and 2,500 for Premium .
Advantage introduces deeper segmentation around the agreed commercial plan. Premium extends this further through competitor and incumbent analysis looking at how target companies are currently served, what those supplier relationships may reveal and where commercial gaps, weaknesses or alternative buying situations could create an opening for your proposition.
From Market Mapping to Targeting
Targeting the right companies is only useful if the proposition they see supports the commercial conversation. I review how your existing business presents itself to a UK buyer and align the level of positioning support with your selected package.
Essential
I review your existing website from a UK buyer's perspective and provide practical recommendations to strengthen commercial relevance and buyer confidence.
Advantage
I work more closely with your sales or development contacts to align website messaging, commercial positioning and the UK targeting strategy.
Premium
UK-focused copy, SEO and commercial content can develop alongside live buyer, competitor and market intelligence as the operation progresses.
If the commercial strategy supports a dedicated .co.uk domain or localised UK website, we can consider that separately. Domain registration and separate development costs are not automatically included within the package.
During implementation I establish, prepare and optimise the agreed marketplace profiles, accounts and service offerings. In parallel, I develop the initial outbound strategy, messaging, campaign design and HTML required to begin direct market activity.
Key campaign material is presented to you for approval before it enters the market. We review any requested changes against the commercial objective of the campaign, refine where necessary and agree the final material that represents your business.
Implementation prepares the channels. UK Launch Date activates them. Marketplace activity and outbound campaigns remain prepared but inactive until the operation has passed its Launch Readiness Gate.
Campaign Approval
Your UK infrastructure, marketplaces, prospect data, outbound activity, CRM, sales process and commercial development are designed to operate as one connected system rather than a collection of separate services.
The Foundation Blueprint shows how those components connect, how opportunities move from market activity into your sales process and how live UK intelligence feeds back into targeting, positioning and future commercial activity.
Explore the Foundation Blueprint →Before launch, we establish a clear commercial authority matrix so opportunities can move at the pace expected by UK buyers. We agree the parameters I can operate within, including relevant pricing, discount boundaries, project values, contract length, capacity, delivery requirements and payment terms.
Where an opportunity sits within those agreed parameters, I can keep the commercial conversation moving. Where a decision falls outside them, it is escalated quickly through the agreed route including WhatsApp where immediate approval is commercially valuable. You retain control while removing unnecessary delay from the sales process.
Commercial Authority
Within agreed commercial parameters. I can proceed and keep the opportunity moving.
Commercially viable, but approval is required before a commitment is made.
Requires direct involvement from your sales, technical, specialist or senior team.
Your Launch Date is confirmed when the components relevant to your package are ready to operate together. The readiness gate protects the commercial launch by making sure infrastructure, communications, systems, positioning, channels and decision routes are established before live market activity begins.
UK Launch Date
Prepared marketplace activity activates, approved outbound campaigns begin, response handling and CRM workflows go live and ongoing commercial delivery starts under your selected package.
Every package follows the same implementation and launch principle. What changes is the depth of commercial planning completed during setup, the scale of the channels being prepared and how closely Meridian Elevate remains involved once UK opportunities begin moving through the sales process.
Essential
Advantage
Premium
Every package connects market activity into a defined commercial process. What changes is the point at which the opportunity moves into your team and how deeply I remain involved in developing it.
Response → assess and qualify → CRM / agreed handover → your sales team leads the substantive sales process → outcome and market learning recorded.
Response → qualify → develop the opportunity → introduce your salesperson → coordinate the UK-facing conversation → outcome and commercial intelligence feed into future activity.
Response → qualification and discovery → CRM → work alongside your sales team → proposal and progression → follow-up → outcome → buyer and competitor intelligence feeds back into targeting, messaging and sales development.
Once the UK operation is live, the market begins producing real commercial evidence. The first 90 days allow us to measure buyer response, opportunity quality, sector engagement and the effectiveness of the initial positioning so future activity becomes increasingly focused.
Marketplaces and campaigns activate. We begin measuring buyer response, questions, engagement and opportunity quality.
Opportunities are developed while segmentation, messaging and commercial focus are refined using live UK evidence.
We assess the strongest sectors, channels, objections and opportunities and use that evidence to shape the next commercial cycle.
You receive a monthly activity report covering the commercial activity generated through the managed marketplaces and outbound campaigns. The purpose is not simply to confirm that activity took place; it is to show what entered the market, how buyers responded, where opportunities are developing and what that evidence tells us about the next cycle.
The Commercial Feedback Loop
The Meridian Elevate model separates implementation from ongoing commercial delivery.
Your setup fee establishes and prepares the agreed UK commercial foundation. Your monthly retainer begins on UK Launch Date, when that foundation is ready and I begin actively operating the commercial channels and development activity included within your package.
Establish the foundation → translate your commercial model → map the market → prepare the channels → pass the readiness gate → launch → measure → refine → grow.
